All items are custom embroidered and most items are made to order.

Current turnaround time is:
Approximately 1-2 weeks

Turnaround time begins:
After payment is received, After design approval (if applicable),

During peak seasons (back-to-school, holidays, sports season), turnaround times may be extended

Bulk & Team Orders
Bulk, spirit wear, and team orders usually bump up in priority
If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed once the package leaves our studio.

We proudly offer local pickup for our Parker County customers.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
